Martha C. Irmer, vice-president, has been in the real estate development business since 1971, working for Innisfree, LTT Properties, Pacific Union Company and Heritage Properties. Her projects have ranged from recreational properties to condominiums, condominium conversions and commercial management. She graduated from Cornell University with a major in government and spent five years as a legislative assistant for two members of the United States House of Representatives
