Creekside Plaza is an office park situated on 7.5 acres, located at a BART station in San Leandro at the corner of Davis and San Leandro Boulevard bordering the San Leandro Creek. The project is a first-class office park consisting of three buildings and a parking structure. The architectural theme is Mediterranean, featuring an open-air plaza and fountain. A meandering Creekwalk acts as a green belt along the property border. Balconies, wrought iron railings, arched doorways and windows, as well as red barrel tiled roofs accent the buildings.
Architect
MCG Architecture was commissioned to design a Class-A office project offering state-of-the-art design technology and premium amenities in a low-rise quality environment. The planned 204,000 square foot project harmoniously integrates this highly trafficked site with the classic Mediterranean-style design prevalent in San Leandro.
